As Rebby noted, the fireball rune is now a blow-yourself-up spell. Beth does the casting animation, hits herself with the fireball (from what looks like one character width away), and then immediately turns around. As funny as it looks to repeatedly cast it for an Immolation Dance, I don't think this is what you had in mind. :)
Loot system is working great, by the way. Doing my RPG hero training regimens is a lot more satisfying when I periodically get goodies and costume bits for my effort (it does raise the issue of WHY these slimes are dropping blouses, though... how many poor girls have met their dooms in this horrible nerd's trap!?).
I'm going to be leaving for a Xmas Eve party in a bit, so I couldn't poke around for long. I'll give you more feedback as I get the chance. Cheers!
Now all items in game can be obtained, including the secret ones (if you have luck with the loot). There are also some new enemies. Some of them are really hard, but you can try to defeat them.
Damn, I was kinda interested in seeing this fabled 'Immolation Dance' for myself, but I guess can be more impressed in how fast you fixed that. Keep up the fantastic work.
Yeah, when I loaded my game (near the old munchkin wizard's hut), the bear was a bit of a rude surprise. I managed to elude the beast by getting him tripped up on some trees, but not before that clever jackass found a way to walk through the walls of the hut to get at me. Truly, it was a harrowing experience.
Also, when you load a game, Beth's eyeliner always changes to "provocative". None of her other appearance traits change, and Beth's "sluttyness" stat remains unchanged, so I'm guess it's just a small graphics glitch related to the addition of the extra appearance options.
By the way, do you have a preferred channel for feedback? It seems a bit awkward to be reporting issues and commenting on new features in the comment section...
I have to fix even that small glitch! Also, this comment section is for write about all the aspects of the game. That includes opinions and bug reports (so everybody can help finding the conditions that trigger bugs... etc). You can also write to may mail clicking in the "View my complete profile" link.
Yeah it came like a white screen with an exclamation mark in the middle. I'm not sure if this is considered crashing the game but I believe the progress towards seducing him was lost :P And it might be a smart idea to work on the attack speed of the enemys. I was lvl 9 and instantly died from making a millisecond mistake on standing in the wrong direction while having the large and small ants on me. xD It's quite difficult when you can't even wait 1 sec if you want to survive. The knock back is another thing that might ned a little work. I could just stand and kick the bair until it died by holding in the C button to kick it. Hope this helps a little! :)

He can't deal with tree on the way, but can walk throw walls. 2) Weasel (or ferret, don't remember) after taking damage immediately jump, but did it not on current player position; it tried attack previous player' position, and, of course, miss. When I loaded save file (both old and new), I successfully reach the bridge. 4) Can you change Beth' emotions and/or animations when she lost part of clothes that she can't remove because has not enough sluttyness? She looks like she don't care about her nudity; also, she dress up only after sleep or rape, but if player not go to sleep, she can walk naked and don't try cower her nudity.

After return from knock-back, it jump on previous player location, and player just kick it another time, without any damage. In process, Ferret ignore current player's location. I created save file only because game crashed three times, for finding zone that cause crash. For unknown reason, after loading save-file, crash not happen. I sand you screenshots later.
Bug has not any relationships with location (second crash occur in slime cave) and saves (I load previous file). I think, need check for bugs end errors new loot system, that is only new think in this version, if not count crazy ferrets (ants, plant and bear exist in test version, and not caused any problems).
Yes I slept in a bed in cave and they stayed there however I left them alone for a bit lost to red wolf I thought I was strong enough..I Aldo beat the bear after I slept in wizards hut it was after all that I went back I saw they were finally gone I do not know if it is linked but I hope it helps. -pmt
Hey hnyarly, I'd like to point out to you that the Mac version doesn't open and hasn't for a while (there aren't many mac users to tell you this though), since I'm been a long time fan... I've been stumped without being able to play SR :C

I'll be honest with you, I don't think that it's worked on the Mac side before (I think), the earlier versions of the game which you've uploaded for the Mac version always ended up either opening then closing, or crashing :\ This time it doesn't even try to open :s ( sorry to be the bearer of bad news :c )
so I've gotta say new content looks great this even ever so small update was awesome to wake up to on Christmas morning. How ever the one issue I've had is hope escape now closes the game i keep losing my progress because of is. also I've had an issue where when saving if i'm using my last page for what ever reason the save doesn't ever seen to get created. But one again this game looks and plays awesome, great job as always.
I could disable the ESC key, but then you'll only have a way to close the game: pressing ALT+F4, because I was unable to make the Exit option in the main menu xD
Maybe a "are you sure you want to exit?" prompt would fit.
I've lost progress a few times at the elf merchant or with my inventory up thinking ESC would clear the store/bag interface. It is frustrating sometimes.
It's impossible to add that prompt. The problem is that I can't implement an exit game by flash. I have to do it by the compiler, so I can't control when compiler does.
Maybe it's tied to an excess number of characters in memory? Personally, I've only had the crash happen after encountering both the swarming ant and roach enemies. In particular, the giant ant's support minions occasionally wander off and can be encountered away from main group, causing slowdowns and aggro range weirdness.
Yes any h scene will increase seduction if its with same creature will only increase to a certain point aka the slime boss after you h scene react with slime boss after about 3 times that's the limit. If necessary h scene with red wolf and read books. Girl scene in cave helps along with The gnome as well as the books I also believe seducing elf merchant help a little. -pmt
I'm having the same crash error with the gear and exclamation point. It happens for me when walking around the field of bushes on the west side, when heading east, before getting to the wizards house.
Finally got all the way to the bridge without crashing, but when I tried to go back to the elf vendor it crashed when I was near the stone circle. Also, It's an exclamation in a circle, not in a gear as I wrote before.
If you tried sleep with too high lust, Beth will masturbate, and sleep after that. You can use magical books for grate raise her lust, also try buy teleportation rune (green), and use portal for fast travel from Elf to cave. Or just go in bed after Gnome event.
Well, i just tried version 0.400. And to be honest the German translation is terrible, sure its not complete but its hard to understand anything, the sentences dont makes any sense it sounds like a quick google translation. I could help at translating English into German

Oh. Something funny just happened. While walking towards the bridge I got into a fight with the bear and lost. But while it could have been a Game Over, the Red Wolf (who came from behind at the same time) somehow well...you know...saved me. If you know what I mean. Because of that I survived the Bear attack, could move away, heal and finish him off.

An idea for your exit button. I don't know about flash programming but perhaps using a boolean variable that when set will call breaks until you reach the end of all your code will get you to the exit signal. ie. Add something like if quit == true then break; at every level of code (inside every loop) down to the main function/thread outside of all loops. This might do the trick as most compilers will call for program termination when there is no code left to run.

Current bug, during h scenes with gnome the rats tend to freeze and become invincible

Honestly, I don't know how to help you. I don't have a Mac to test the game. I only compile the Flash and pray to Turing waiting it works for Mac and Linux.
